        In the past, complex mechanical parts that needed to be manually cleaned for a long time through heavy physical labor in dirty environments have not only improved the working environment, eliminated the damage caused by manual cleaning to the workpieces, and reduced the labor intensity after the application of ultrasonic cleaning machines, but also shortened the cleaning time to a quarter of the original on the basis of significantly improving the cleaning accuracy. Ultrasonic cleaning can also effectively reduce pollution and minimize the harm of toxic solvents to humans.
 
        No matter how complex the shape of the workpiece is, as long as it is placed in the cleaning solution and can come into contact with the liquid, the cleaning effect of ultrasonic waves can be achieved. Especially for workpieces with complex shapes and structures that cannot be completely and effectively cleaned by manual or other cleaning methods, it has a remarkable cleaning effect. The bubbles produced in the liquid during cleaning are very uniform, and the cleaning effect on the workpieces is also very uniform and consistent. Ultrasonic cleaning can achieve different effects depending on the solvent used, such as degreasing, rust removal or phosphating. When used in conjunction with cleaning agents, it can accelerate the separation and dissolution of contaminants and effectively prevent the corrosion of workpieces by the cleaning solution.
