2. The single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine can adopt galvanized and stainless steel shells, with PU spray pipes inside and a closed through-type channel. The entire machine is of a fully enclosed structure, welded with stainless steel or (square tube) frames. The upper cover of the cleaning machine adopts a single-layer structure, made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plates, and is covered with an insulation layer to reduce energy consumption.
3. The liquid tank of the single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine adopts a single-layer structure and is made of 1.2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate. The interior is divided into several areas by partitions, respectively achieving the filtration of the cleaning solution, the sedimentation of iron filings, the filtration of oil, and the separation of oil. The liquid tank is equipped with a water replenishment port, a liquid discharge port and an overflow port. The bottom is inclined from both sides towards the middle, and the cleaning solution is centrally discharged from the liquid outlet at the bottom of the liquid tank.
4. The liquid tank of the single-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with a liquid level controller. When the liquid level is abnormal, it will promptly remind you to replenish water or stop the water supply. Emergency shutdown is implemented in case of abnormal situations.
