Due to the low degree of automation of ultrasonic cleaning machines, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of parts cleaning. In recent years, highly flexible and highly automated ultrasonic cleaning machines have gradually emerged. Not only has the automatic control and mass production of ultrasonic cleaning been completed, but also the cleaning process has been stabilized and the cleaning efficiency has been improved. This type of ultrasonic cleaning machine combines ultrasonic cleaning with chemical cleaning, rinsing, dehydration, drying and other processes, thus having a very high cleaning efficiency. PLC control is primarily applied in transmission, drying and cleaning, thus completing the fully automated cleaning process.

In the future, ultrasonic cleaning will be used for ultrasonic scale removal. The primary process of ultrasonic scale removal is to treat the fluid with a strong ultrasonic field, causing a series of changes in the physical shape and chemical properties of the scale-forming substances in the fluid under the action of the ultrasonic field, making them less likely to adhere to the walls of pipes and vessels and form scale. As a special application of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic scale prevention will be widely used in the future. Iii. Application of Ultrasonic Vibration Cleaning Method in Frontline Production This method takes advantage of the characteristic that ultrasonic waves can cause extremely large acceleration and force on the medium particles when propagating in solid media. The ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the workpiece to be cleaned through the vibration head and the amplitude transformer. Then, the medium particles of the workpiece are made to vibrate at high speed at the equilibrium position, causing the dirt to be loosened and detached from the workpiece, thus achieving the cleaning purpose. At present, this vibration ultrasonic cleaning machine is still under development. In the future, it will be used in the automatic production line of picture tubes and can play a significant role in China's high-precision first-line production.
