I. Regarding power supply wires. The power supply equipment must comply with the requirements of national standards. At the same time, the air switch of the ultrasonic cleaner should be designed to be able to cut off the power supply in time in an emergency. As ultrasonic cleaning machines often come into contact with various liquids, they are prone to leakage of electricity. Therefore, the ground wire must be properly connected in accordance with safety standards.
Second, when cleaning, use non-flammable cleaning liquid and do not use flammable substances as cleaning agents. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials during the cleaning process. When using the ultrasonic cleaner , it is necessary to inject an adequate amount of cleaning liquid. If the machine operates without liquid or with little liquid, it will cause serious damage to the equipment and even cause fire and harm to the human body.
Iii. Do not splash water into the relevant electrical components of the equipment. The equipment should be kept away from environments with water vapor, corrosive gases, dust, etc.
4. If you find that the ultrasonic cleaning machine is in an abnormal state, please contact the technical personnel in time, and the professional personnel will carry out maintenance and repair work.
V. When cleaning the workpieces, please place them on the washing basket or hanging gear. Do not directly put them into the tank for cleaning to avoid damaging the workpieces and the bottom of the equipment.
Six. When the ultrasonic cleaner is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to open the machine cover to prevent the equipment from operating under electricity and pressure without protection, which may cause harm to the human body.
When the ultrasonic cleaning machine is not in use for a long time, all the cleaning liquid inside should be drained, the interior dried and the surface of the machine protected with a film to prevent erosion and aging of the machine.
Viii. Regularly clean the equipment to maintain its cleanliness both inside and out and extend its service life. The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry and clean environment, which is conducive to its long-term operation in the future.
