Kejiemeng: How to Install Machinery in this Industry
Addtime:2019-03-21 09:47:03 Visits:933 Share:

After purchasing the ultrasonic cleaner, how to install it properly is a very important matter. Now, let's invite Kejiemeng Technology to teach you how to install the ultrasonic cleaner. The following are the installation steps for the transducer of the ultrasonic cleaner: First, before installing the ultrasonic cleaner, you need to prepare the following materials: According to the requirements of the consumption obligation sheet, carefully reflect and confirm, and prepare the ultrasonic transducers (with the correct ones), cylinder bodies, mesh pads, glue, etc. that need to be bonded. The second step is sandblasting. The ultrasonic transducers and cylinder bodies to be bonded should be sandblasted. The bonding surface should be as rough as possible. 30-mesh diamond sand should be used for sandblasting. The sand must be kept dry and selected frequently (each time it is placed in the sand box). The pressure of the compressed air during sandblasting should be... 6 kilograms of high-pressure air that has been dehumidified through an air source processor. The third step is cleaning. Clean the cylinder body and ultrasonic transducer that have been sand-sprayed. First, clean the transducer with methanol to remove the sand and other dust on the surface, and then rinse it with acetone. The cylinder body should first be rinsed with water, then acid washed and rinsed clean. After it dries, it should be rinsed once each with methanol and acetone. The mesh pad should be rinsed with ≤ 30 mesh thickness ≤ The 0.15 stainless steel mesh should be thoroughly cleaned (electrolytic treatment if conditions permit) and set aside for later use. The fourth step is drying and preheating. Put the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder body and mesh pad into the oven for drying. The drying temperature is 60℃-80℃ for 2 hours. After cooling to about 40℃, stop the bonding. http://www.czcsb.com After all the preparatory tasks for bonding are completed, mix the glue (at room temperature) thoroughly and then quickly carry out the bonding. The fifth step is bonding. Bonding is a relatively important step, so it should be done well. Bonding is also divided into the following five steps. (1). Place the treated cylinder body on the bonding plate and wipe the bonding area with acetone again with a cotton cloth. (2). Wipe the treated bonding surface of the ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and a cotton cloth. (3). After thoroughly mixing the glue, preheat for 1-2 minutes. The amount of glue prepared each time should not be too much. It is recommended to bond 20 to 30 heads at a time. The glue preparation should be 5G per head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the ratio of adhesive to curing agent should be as accurate as possible). (4). Stop bonding when the cylinder body and the ultrasonic transducer are cooled to around 40℃. During bonding, evenly apply the glue on both the cylinder body and the ultrasonic transducer, place mesh cloth at both ends, and then press firmly. The bonding speed should be fast. After each glue preparation, the bonding time should not exceed 10 minutes (sufficient preparatory work is required). (5). After the gluing is completed, stop the pressure treatment (a tooling should be worn and a spring should be used for soft pressure). Step 6, curing. Place the glued cylinder body into a dust-free oven to stop curing. The curing temperature should be raised to 40-50℃ at one time. After curing for 30 minutes, After secondary heating to 60-70℃ and curing for 30 minutes, it is heated again to 80℃ and cured for 2 hours. Then it is naturally cured for 24 hours and the connection line is tested. The curing and heating are controlled by a programmable intelligent temperature controller. Step 7, detection: Stop the detection of the cured ultrasonic transducers. The bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is approximately 250 Ω. Around 300Ω" The characteristics of the transducers should be tested (no noise is allowed). The impedance values of the ultrasonic transducers on the same cylinder should be as close as possible and not exceed 20% of the average value (about 50%). The ultrasonic transducers that do not meet the requirements should be removed and re-bonded. Step 8, wiring: For the entire cylinder of ultrasonic transducers that are detected to be defective, stop the wiring. Use a 75W soldering iron to firmly connect the wires without any false soldering. Use wires of different colors for the positive and negative poles, and the positive pole wire should be covered with a yellow wax sleeve. At first, cover all the joints with heat shrink tubing. Step 9: Insulation test of the entire ultrasonic transducer cylinder after connection: Use a 3721 digital megohmmeter to measure. When the voltage is 2500V, the insulation of the entire cylinder should be... 1000MΩ The above (air humidity at the time of detection: 60%). When the value is lower than this, the cause should be investigated and redealt with.

The above is the relevant explanation of the technology of the ultrasonic cleaner for us. I believe you have also learned a lot.
