As someone with many years of experience in designing cleaning machines, I would like to introduce to you the production methods of ultrasonic cleaning machines: The production methods of ultrasonic cleaning machines can be selected according to different cleaning purposes. Currently, the most commonly used method is the continuous oscillation method that can perform powerful cleaning. Frequency modulation and multi-frequency methods often result in uneven cleaning during the cleaning process and are not very suitable for cleaning heavily contaminated objects. 1. The continuous oscillation amplitude and frequency are fixed, which can be used for powerful cleaning. Due to the effect of standing waves, if the cleaning is uneven, more shaking should be added to achieve uniform cleaning. 2. Simultaneous multiple frequencies: When multiple frequencies occur simultaneously, a balanced sound field is formed, ensuring uniform cleaning and making it difficult to obtain strong ultrasonic waves. 3. The widened modulation amplitude variation has a good degassing effect, good cleaning performance for different objects, but generates a lot of noise. 4. Multi-frequency alternation: Each frequency undergoes multiple frequency cleaning equilibria, making it difficult to achieve powerful cleaning. 5. Frequency modulation (FM oscillation) : The oscillation frequency varies by several thousand Hertz to achieve uniform cleaning. Poor cleaning efficiency and low average output power. 6. The conical radiation cleaning uses a stainless steel resonator for ultrasonic radiation. Generally, when used in situations where cleaning is not thorough, it can achieve 10 or 20 times the strength of a conventional ultrasonic cleaner, with high performance. However, the cleaning surface is small and the noise is high.
