How to replace the transducer on the cleaning machine?
Addtime:2019-03-21 09:15:52 Visits:1082 Share:

There is a part in the ultrasonic cleaning machine that needs to be frequently processed and washed. The transducer is the part that the ultrasonic cleaning machine needs to clean after operation. The function of the transducer on the ultrasonic cleaning machine: The ultrasonic transducer mainly consists of an ultrasonic signal generator and a cleaning tank. The ultrasonic signal generator generates high-frequency oscillation signals Through the transducer, it is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations of tens of thousands of times per second, forming ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid (medium). These waves radiate and propagate in the cleaning liquid in a high-frequency alternating manner of positive and negative pressure, causing countless tiny bubbles to continuously generate and burst in the cleaning liquid. This phenomenon is called "". "Cavitation effect" .
When bubbles burst, they can produce a sound of instantaneous high temperature and high pressure. The cavitation effect in the liquid can reach more than 20,000 times per second, generating a series of explosions and releasing huge energy, forming a huge shock wave around, which continuously impacts the surface of the workpiece, causing the dirt on the surface and in the crevices of the workpiece to be rapidly peeled off. Even for complex-shaped workpieces, As long as it can come into contact with the solution, thorough cleaning can be achieved. Moreover, because the volume of each bubble is extremely small, although their rupture energy is high, it will not cause damage to the ultrasonic transducer or significant temperature rise for the workpiece and the liquid. The installation method of the transducer on the ultrasonic cleaning machine and the related detailed steps of operation

I. Preparation
According to the requirements of the production task order, carefully check and confirm, and prepare the ultrasonic cleaning machine transducer (with the correct ones), cylinder body, mesh pad, glue, etc. that need to be bonded. 2. Sandblasting: The ultrasonic cleaning machine transducers and cylinder that need to be bonded should be sandblasted. The bonding surface should be as rough as possible. 30-mesh diamond sand should be used for sandblasting. The sand must be kept dry and screened frequently (screened each time it is placed in the sand box). The pressure of the compressed air during sandblasting should be... 6 kilograms of high-pressure air that has been dehumidified by the air source processor.
Iii. Cleaning: Clean the sand-sprayed cylinder body and the ultrasonic cleaning machine transducer. First, clean the transducer with methanol to remove the sand and other dust on the surface, and then rinse it with acetone. The cylinder body should first be rinsed with water, then acid washed and finally rinsed clean. After it dries, it should be rinsed once each with methanol and acetone. The mesh pad should be 30 mesh thick. The 0.15 stainless steel mesh should also be thoroughly cleaned (electrolytically treated if conditions permit) and set aside for later use.

4. Drying and Preheating
Place the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder body and mesh pad into the oven for drying. The drying temperature should be 60℃-80℃ for 2 hours. After cooling to around 40℃, proceed with bonding. After all the bonding preparations are completed, mix the glue (at room temperature) thoroughly and then quickly carry out the bonding. 5. Bonding 1. Place the treated cylinder body on the bonding plate and wipe the bonding area with acetone again with a cotton cloth. 2. Wipe the treated bonding surface of the ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and a cotton cloth. 3. After thoroughly mixing the glue, preheat for 1-2 minutes. The amount of glue prepared each time should not be too much. It is recommended to bond 20 to 30 heads at a time. The glue preparation should be 5G per head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the ratio of adhesive to curing agent should be as precise as possible). 4. When the cylinder body and the ultrasonic transducer are cooled to around 40℃, proceed with the bonding. During the bonding process, evenly apply the glue on both the cylinder body and the ultrasonic transducer, place a mesh cloth in the middle, and then press firmly. The bonding speed should be fast, and the bonding time after each glue preparation should not exceed 10 minutes (thorough preparation is required). 5. After gluing, pressure treatment should be carried out (tooling is required and spring soft pressure should be used). Six. Curing: Place the glued cylinder body into a dust-free oven for curing. The curing temperature should be set at 40-50℃ for the first time and cured for 30 minutes. Then, heat it up to 60-70℃ for the second time and cure it for 30 minutes. After that, heat it up to 80℃ for the third time and cure it for 2 hours. Let it cure naturally for 24 hours and then test the connection line. The curing heating is controlled by a programmable intelligent temperature controller. Seven. Testing The ultrasonic cleaning machine transducers that have been cured should be tested. The bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is approximately 250 Ω. About 300Ω" The characteristics of the transducers should be tested (no noise is allowed). The impedance values of the ultrasonic transducers on the same cylinder should be as close to the same as possible, not exceeding 20% of the average value (about 50%). The ultrasonic transducers that do not meet the requirements should be removed and re-bonded. 8. Wiring: Connect the transducers of the entire ultrasonic cleaning machine that have been inspected and found to be in good order. The connections should be reliably made with a 75W soldering iron without any false soldering. Use wires of different colors for the positive and negative poles. The positive pole wire should be covered with a yellow wax tube. Finally, cover all the joints with a heat shrink tube. Conduct insulation testing on the entire ultrasonic transducer cylinder after connection: Use a Gongli 3721 digital megohmmeter to measure. When the voltage is 2500V, the insulation of the entire cylinder should be... 1000MΩ The above (air humidity at the time of detection: 60%). When the value is lower than this, the cause should be identified and reprocessed.
